Ms. Lindsey Constantino joined the United States Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) in 2015. In January 2017, she joined International Program to manage PHMSA’s bilateral programs, specifically those with Canada and China. She has since organized many large-scale diplomatic projects including collaboration between the US and China on dangerous goods safety, and represented the US at United Nations forums. Prior to joining PHMSA, Lindsey worked for the Institute of International Education (IIE), where she assisted in the development of an education initiative on behalf of the Brazilian President and the U.S. Fulbright program. Lindsey is an active member of her university’s alumni board and the Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship.
Lindsey was recently selected as a Mansfield Fellow, which will place her in the Japanese Government in mid-2019 through 2020. She is also pursuing her Master's degree in International Commerce and Policy at George Mason University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California.
